Darkness behind me
Knowledge inside me
Light ahead
Paint me red!

Passion that drives me
Love that guides me
See me
Emerge.

Wait!

From whence I just came?
I swear it was me.

Is this the flight of angels?

I’m here
I know I am
I can see me
Here I am.

And there is space
Around me
Up, down, left, right
Everywhere.

Nice and simple, isn’t it?

Yoga Camp

Yoga Camp – November 2010

“Yoga Camp is a low-cost, family friendly opportunity for everyone to experience the benefits of a retreat. Connect with your spirituality and other yoga-minded people in a beautiful bush setting on the the Goulburn River. Suitable as an introduction to yoga as well as an opportunity for more experienced practitioners to deepen and reinforce their yoga sadhana.” (yogacamp.com.au)

Leslie Saussereau

Another couchfurfer, Leslie Saussereau (from Normandy, France), having a cup of tea and telling me how much she hates being in front of the camera. I assure you she did not suffer long :)

I was quite curious when she said that she had studied philosophy and that she actually felt it was not only applicable but actually helpful in/with her life. There must be a fundamental difference in the way philosophy is taught in France compared to Australia, since I have never heard a philosophy student suggest that their studies had any kind of practical application or relevance to their own life.

Nothing matters,
nothing else.

Stop, everything stops.
There is nothing in the world but what you see now, right now.

Arrested!

Don’t move, don’t breathe, don’t blink.
Don’t even think.
